Durante el debate de control político de la Comisión Sexta de la Cámara de Representantes, el Superintendente de Puertos y Transporte, Juan Miguel Durán Prieto, informó que la Concesión Zona Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (ZMB) fue sancionada con multa de 100 SMMLV, unos 60 millones de pesos, mediante Resolución 8539 de 2013.
“La sanción se da por la alteración en la prestación del servicio del corredor ZMB, ocasionada por los incumplimientos en la entrega de los tramos de obra, y por la deficiencia en la señalización a lo largo del corredor”, advirtió Juan Miguel Durán.
Para la Superintendencia, agregó, es primordial la seguridad de los usuarios de la vía y la deficiencia en la señalización constituye una situación de cuidado que amerita se actúe de manera inmediata para corregir la situación.
De no darse cumplimiento a esta disposición, la Superintendencia podría imponer sanciones más severas.
Contra la Resolución 8539 de 2013 procede recurso de reposición y apelación ante la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte.
