Murió Sylvia Kristel, actriz de ‘Emmanuelle’
Célebre en todo el mundo como la heroína de la película erótica Emmanuelle, de 1974, Kristel murió por un cáncer de garganta que había hecho metástasis y afectado su hígado, según informó este jueves la agencia que administraba su carrera. En junio, un accidente cerebro vascular había minado aún más su salud.
“Ella murió durante la noche, durante el sueño”, dijo a la agencia de noticias AFP Marieke Verharen, de la agencia Features Creative Management, que representaba a la actriz de 60 años. No indicó si la artista murió en su casa o en el hospital.
Sylvia Kristel, la actriz holandesa más reconocida en el extranjero, se hizo famosa con el film realizado por el director Just Jaeckin, que es una adaptación de la novela homónima escrita por Emmanuelle Arsan.
Esta película, que tuvo un gran éxito internacional, desde Japón hasta los Estados Unidos, cuenta las aventuras sexuales de una joven en Asia. Permaneció trece años en cartelera en los Champs Elysées de París.
